Who we are

Shopfloor Index is published by MetaProject, a product engineering consultancy founded in 2016 that builds and integrates software for companies in the US, EU and UK. We are engineers, not plant managers. We have spent a decade evaluating vendors, reading integration docs, and living with the consequences of software choices — that is the lens we bring. We do not claim shop-floor experience we don't have, and where hands-on operator feedback matters we quote practitioners and cite them.

Oleksii Bilokamenskyi is the founder of MetaProject, a product engineering consultancy that has designed and integrated business software for US and European companies since 2016. He writes Shopfloor Index's comparison guides from the perspective of someone who has to make the integrations work after the contract is signed.
