Corrections, listing questions, press. A factual error about a product is the fastest thing we act on: tell us what is wrong and where you saw the right number, and it is fixed within five working days.

Two things have a better route than this form. If you build software and want a listing or want to claim one, start on the vendor page. If you want to know how a ranking was decided before you write, that is on the editorial policy page, including what sponsorship changes and what it never changes.

What to expect. A correction with a source gets checked the same week and the page’s updated date moves with the fix. A listing enquiry gets an answer either way, including a no. A press question gets a reply from the person named on the byline, not from a mailbox. What we cannot do is recommend a product for your plant over email: the comparison pages are the recommendation, and they are written for a stated kind of buyer rather than for one plant we have not seen.

We do not accept guest posts, link exchanges or paid mentions inside editorial copy. The only thing money buys here is a labelled slot beside a list, and that is arranged on the vendor page rather than by email.
